150g blueberries
1 medium peach,
cut in half and pitted
7 ice cubes
If using frozen fruit, omit the
ice cubes
1. Put all the ingredients into the Vitamix container in
the order listed and secure the lid.
2. Select Variable 1.
3. Turn the machine on and slowly increase the speed to
Variable 10, then to High.
4. Blend for 45 seconds or until the desired consistency
is reached.
