RUBY EMERALD SMOOTHIE

480ml water
1 medium apple, cut into
quarters and cored
65g kale, large
stem removed,
coarsely chopped
140g frozen raspberries
1. Put all the ingredients into the Vitamix container in
the order listed and secure the lid.
2. Select Variable 1.
3. Turn the machine on and slowly increase the speed to
Variable 10, then to High.
4. Blend for 1 1/2 minutes or until the desired
consistency is reached.
This smoothie contains broken raspberry seeds.
Strain for smoothness.
