Rotating the upper carriage
Accident hazard due to possible further rotation of the upper
carriage in cold operating state!
Further rotation of the upper carriage can cause serious injuries or death.
► Until the hydraulic fluid reaches operating temperature, the upper
carriage can rotate farther than expected after the control is placed in
the neutral position. Carefully operate the control lever in cold
operating state.
Crushing hazard due to swiveling range of machine!
Persons in the swiveling range of the machine can be seriously injured.
► Ensure that no one is in the swiveling range.
► If the machine is equipped with an extra weight (option), the upper
carriage projects beyond the tracks when it is rotated. Bear in mind the
extended width of the machine.
Damage to machine when working in the immediate vicinity of walls, parts
of buildings or other obstacles.
► Ensure that there are no obstacles in the machine’s swiveling range.
► If the machine is equipped with an extra weight (option), the upper
carriage projects beyond the tracks when it is rotated. Bear in mind the
extended width of the machine.
Rotating the upper carriage to the left
Push the left-hand control lever to the left.
