7.10 Air filter
Information regarding the air filter
• Store filters in their original packaging and in a dry place.
• Check air filter attachments, air intake hoses and the air filter element
for damage, and immediately repair or replace them if necessary.
• Check the screws at the induction manifold and the clamps for
tightness.
Air filter monitoring
NOTICE
Damage to Diesel engine due to dirty air filter.
► Replace the air-filter elements when the red air filter indicator light
illuminates.
► Do not clean air filter elements, replace them.
► Do not use any damaged air filter elements.
Replace the air-filter elements when the red air filter indicator light 38
illuminates.
