Changing wheels
WARNING
Injury hazard.
An improperly secured machine can move or fall
unexpectedly while changing wheels.
To remove a wheel for service:
stop the loader on a at surface ►
lower the loader lift arms and attachment to the

ground or work surface
engage the parking brake ►
chock a wheel ►
Determine the mass of the wheel loader and

use a lifting device rated for the mass.
You will nd the tightening torque in the table below:
Front wheels Rear wheels
Wheel bolts M18 x1,5
285 Nm 285 Nm
(210 ft.lbs.) (210 ft.lbs.)
Observe the direction of the tread of the tires so
that the greatest force of the loader is achieved
during forward travel.
Always tighten the wheel bolts with a torque wrench
to the specied tightening torque.
Always alternately tighten the wheel bolts opposite
each other.
After changing tires, check the tightening torque of
the wheel bolts every two hours until they do not
change anymore.
