5-4 Error Messages, Diagnostic Tests, and Troubleshooting
1. Ensure that the flow cell is clean.
2. Ensure that the lamp access door is shut securely.
3. Recycle power to the detector.
4. If the catastrophic error persists, contact Waters Technical Service (see
page 4-2).
