Network requirements
■ Device serves as the FTP Client. The aaa.bin program and the boot.btm 
program are both saved under the aaa directory of the FTP Server.
■ The IP address of a VLAN interface on Device is 1.1.1.1/24, the IP address of the 
FTP Server is 2.2.2.2/24, and FTP Server is reachable.
■ User can log in to Device via Telnet to perform operations on Device (that is, 
download the application program from FTP Server and remotely upgrade
