Starting and Stopping the Inspection

Before the Inspection
Inspection can perform immediately.
Change the settings and sensitivity adjustment.
After the Inspection
The inspection using the last calibration has executed correctly.
The inspection using the last calibration may fail.
Contact the person in charge immediately.

Starting and Stopping the Inspection

Starting the Inspection
Warning
Perform a safety check on the belt and areas surrounding the AD-4971 before operation.
Ensure clothes or other loose items do not get caught in the AD-4971.
Stop the AD-4971 immediately if the gear cover is removed during operation.
Stop the AD-4971 immediately if the electric motor generates excessive heat or produces
unusual sounds
Avoid any shock, impact or excessive load to the conveyor belt during operation.
It may not be possible to achieve stable inspections immediately after operation starts due to
noise generated by the machine starting up.
1. Confirm that nothing is placed on the conveyor belt.
2. Touch the "Start " button on the display module.
3. The conveyor belt will start to move.
4. Start the inspection.
When the message of "Set sensitivity" is displayed and the conveyor belt is stopped.
Set sensitivity adjustment.
1. Touch the "Stop " button on the display module.
2. The conveyor belt will stop. Finish the inspection.
One inspection is considered as the operation performed between touching the "Start "
button to start the operation and touching the "Stop
" button to finish.
