Maintenance of the Conveyor Belt
WARNING
Shut off power to the system before removing and assembling the conveyor belt.
CAUTION
Avoid pinching fingers under the conveyor belt.
Do not drop the roller or belt.
10.3.1.
Removing the Conveyor Belt
1. Turn off the power to the AD-4971.


2.
Remove the four draw latches.

3.
Remove the gear case.

4. Lift up the drive roller side of the conveyor bed (sliding plate).


5.
Lift up the slave roller side of the conveyor bed. Move it to
the side.

6.
Remove the slave roller.

7.
Remove the drive roller, taking care so as not to grip the
gear.

8.
Remove the conveyor belt and conveyor bed from the
sensor head in the direction of the slave roller.

9. Remove the conveyor belt from the conveyor bed.


