The 6243/44’s settling time (Ts) becomes, in accordance with the current source change value (Is),
the current sense resistance (Rs) and the load voltage, (V
RL = R L · Is).
Set the Measure Delay (Td) higher than Ts.

Example 1: When 0.2 mA is applied to a 100 k resistor in the 3.2 mA range
Is = 0.2 mA
