Table 5-6 shows the responses and their meanings when the results of self-tests are recalled using the TER?
command. Figures are added for data where multiple reasons for the error exist.
Response: a, b, c, d
Example: When the response is 0,24,0,0
Indicates that self-test errors occurred at the two positions AD 3.2 V ZERO and AD 320 mV ZERO
