1.4.4 Power Cable
NOTE:
1. Use a power cable that conforms to the power outlet voltage and type. However, for use outside of Japan, use
only a power cable approved for the respective country. (Refer to Table 1-2.)
2. To prevent electric shock, connect the power cable to an outlet with a ground terminal. If an extension cable
with no ground terminal is used, the protective ground feature will be rendered ineffective.
3. Be sure to set the POWER switch on the front panel to OFF before the power cable is connected.

1.4.5 Warm-up (Preheating Time)
To ensure that the 6243/44 obtains the specified accuracy, let the 6243/44 warm up for 60 minutes after
the power is turned on.
