2.3.1 Measuring a Diode

34. Press the OPERATE key.
The status becomes Standby.
35. Connect the HI OUTPUT (red) lead to the diode’s anode.
36. Press the OPERATE key.
The measured result of the diode’s reverse leak current (IR) appears.
NOTE: For 6244, the current measurement range becomes the 320
A range.
37. Press the OPERATE key.
The status becomes Standby.
