Alarms
The cross connections can only be created at one network element at the same time. If
the termination points are monitored this will cause the following alarms:
VC-4/VC3/VC12 unequipped and TU3/TU12 Loss Of Pointer. Therefore first provision
the complete transmission path and then set the ports and termination points to
monitored.
