Reads the result of measurement made using a power monitor.

Data is tail-zero-suppressed.
9.68 RCL [FD File Recall]
■ Function
Recalls the specified file on the FD.
When file recall is complete, bit 2 (transfer end bit) of the extended event status
register (ESR2) is set to 1.
