4. Push the thruster-key again. The thruster mode should
switch off now and thruster status indicator turn off.
3D mode 5. Push the Command-key at the joystick twice.
6. Move the joystick and watch if the relays become active
which operate the outputs for the ship drives.
Trolling
If the ship has a trolling gear box, trolling is usually activated as
soon as the 3D mode is switched on.
O Move the joystick carefully ahead and astern and watch if
the relays for the control of trolling become active.
Command transfer
1. If applicable, enable the command transfer at the active
station.
2. Go to the station at which the command shall be requested.
3. Push the Command-key at the joystick twice.
4. Verify if the Command status indicator switches on and
remains lit.
5. Move the joystick and observe if the corresponding relays at
the 3D Controller become active.
Now test the command transfer back to the first station.
6. If applicable, enable the command transfer at the active
station.
7. Go back to the first station.
8. Push the Command-key at the joystick twice.
9. Verify if the Command status indicator switches on and
remains lit.
10. Move the joystick and observe if the corresponding relays at
the 3D Controller become active.
Direct command transfer
This function is only available with Marex OS applications.
1. Select a control station with joystick and control head.
2. Activate the control head. Control head and joystick must be
in the neutral position.
