Remove and clean the washer manifold
n DO NOT AUTOCLAVE the manifold!
1. Run the system "dry” to remove any fluid: remove the supply tubing from the
fluid or connect an empty supply bottle to the 405 LS and run a prime protocol,
e.g. RINSE_&_SOAK,until the tubing is empty.
2. Turn off the instrument, disconnect the power cable and remove the mist shield.
n Dual manifolds: Hold the two manifolds together as a single unit when
removing and reinstalling.
Have a towel handy to mop up drips from the manifold.
