4. Insert the new wedge wire screen (9) all the way to the stop
in the pipe casing (2). Make sure that the three rotation lock
rails (6) in the pipe casing (2) slot into the recesses of the
rotation locks (10) on the wedge wire screen.
NOTE!
Rotation lock rails!
— If necessary, the rotation lock rails for the rotation locks
of the wedge wire screen can easily be adjusted by care-
fully loosening the hexagon head screws. Retighten the
hexagon head screws applying the appropriate torque.
5.
Install the adapter plate (7) and tighten the inner eight hex-
agon socket head cap screws with washers (1) from the other
side of the collar at the pipe casing (2) only slightly at first in
order to fix the adapter plate (7).
NOTE!
Inner dowel pins (4)
— Check that the dowel pins (4) are correctly positioned.
6. Now tighten the hexagon socket head cap screws (1) with
washers.
