Wire In Fuse block?

Check For 12VDC Between Battery,
Main Breaker, Ignition Switch And
Fuse Block.
Repair As Necessary.

Repair Open (GY) Wire Between [22]
and Fuse.

Battery Voltage Present?

Repair / Replace Engine Stop Switch
or Wiring.
