Entering Numbers in Main Menu Settings
This section describes how to enter numbers for IP address settings.
1. Display a menu item for numerical input. ( → P .30)
2. Press ◄ or ► to move the cursor (_) to each eld for entering numbers.
IP Address
=0.0.0.0
3. Press the OK button to prepare to enter the number .
4. Press ◄ or ► to select the number , and then press the OK button.
IP Address
=255.0.0.0
Note
• Hold down ◄ or ► to increase or decrease the value continuously .
5. Press the Online button to bring the printer online.
If any of the settings is changed, a conrmation message is displayed. In this case, press
the OK button.
Selecting Submenu Items
Press the Information button to display the submenus.
Ink
█ █ █ █ █ █ █ █ █ █ █ █ █
Press the Information button to display information about ink, paper , and so on. Press Information
repeatedly to change the information displayed. ( → P .60)
After you display a submenu, the printer will revert to the previous mode in about ve seconds if no print
job is received or if you do not operate the printer .
