When to Replace Ink T anks
Replace or prepare to replace Ink T ank in the following situations.
If a message for checking the ink is shown on the Display Screen
"Check Ink Level: xx" (here, xx refers to the ink color) is shown on the Display Screen and the Message
lamp is lit when there is little ink left in a tank. Y ou can continue to print, but prepare to replace the Ink

Before print jobs and maintenance that consume a lot of ink
If little ink is left, there may not be enough for large-format printing, head cleaning, and maintenance, which
require a lot of ink. In this case, replace or prepare to replace the Ink T ank before maintenance. The ↓ display
corresponds to the color labels on the bottom of the Display Screen.

If a message for ink replacement is shown on the Display Screen
When ink runs out, No Ink Left is shown on the Display Screen , the Message lamp ashes, and printing is
disabled. Replace the Ink T ank at this point. The ↓ display corresponds to the color labels on the bottom
of the Display Screen.
