YourmachineisequippedwithaninternaltankheatertothawfrozenDEF/ADBLUE®.Yourmachinewillstillfunction
untiltheDEF/ADBLUE®beginstoow.TheSCRsystemwillthenfunctionnormally.
NOTE:YoumaynoticeaslightreductioninenginetorqueinhighdemandsituationsuntiltheDEF/ADBLUE®isfully
thawed.

DonotheatDEF/ADBLUE®forlongperiodsoftimeattemperaturesabove30°C(86°F).Thiscausesthesolution
todecompose,whichveryslowlydecreasestheexpectedshelflife.
NOTICE:donotuseananti-gellingorfreezepointimproverinyourDEF/ADBLUE®.The32.5%solutionisspecically
designedtoprovidetheoptimumNOxreductionproperties.AnyfurtherblendingoradjustingoftheDEF/ADBLUE®
mixturewilllessenitsabilitytoperformcorrectlyandmaycausedamagetotheSCRcomponents.
Handlingandsupplyofadditives

PersonalProtectiveEquipment(PPE)isnotrequiredundernormalconditions.Ifsplashingislikely,weareyepro-
tection.Forprolongedorrepeatedcontact,imperviousglovesarerecommended.Followtheprecautionslistedin
theSAFETYINFORMATIONchapterwhenhandlinganyserviceuid.
