View notification details
Notification icons appear on the left side of the status bar. These notifications let you know the status of the
phone and also when you may have missed something. For example, the SIP registration success icon
indicates that the phone is registered and that you can make calls. Missed call and Voicemail
notifications are also common notification examples.
If configured, an LED blinks to let you know that you have a notification when your phone is in sleep mode.
The Android operating system and the apps installed by your administrator produce and control the notifications
that you receive on your phone. If available, you may be able to control some notification options from the
Apps & notifications setting in the Settings app.
Note
To access more details about your notifications, you can open the quick settings and notification drawer.
Procedure
Step 1 From an unlocked screen, swipe down on the status bar.
