1. Lower the reaping unit onto the
ground, set the reel frame parallel
to the ground, and stop the en-
gine.

(1) Reel Drive Belt (2) Reel Drive Pulley
(3) Hook (4) Retaining Pin
(5) Tension Spring (6) Adjusting Bolt
(7) Lock Nut
2. Remove the reel cover.
3. Loosen the tension spring screw
to adjust the spring. Then, remove
the belt from the reel drive pulley.
4. Remove on both sides retaining
pins (4) and hooks (3) that x the
reel onto the reel frame.

5. Move the reel to the front or back
to align the holes of the reel and
reel frame.
6. Fit the hooks into the holes on
both sides. Then, t the retaining
pins.
7. Adjust the tension of the tension
spring.
