● Apply grease to the ends of the throttle cable.
● Install the throttle cable into the throttle pipe.
● Install the lighting start switch housing
mounting holder pin onto the handlebar hole
and tighten the mounting holder pin.
● Tighten the forward screws first, then tighten
the rear screws.
● Install the clutch lever bracket with the
holder’s “UP” mark facing up.
● Align the mating surface of the clutch lever
and holder with the punch mark on the handle
bar and tighten the upper bolt first and then
tighten the lower bolt.
● Connect the choke cable to the choke lever.
● Align the mounting bolt of the winker switch
housing with the handle bar hole and tighten
the mounting bolt.
