Lubrication
 Measure the rotor end clearance.
Service Limit : 0.20mm(0.008 in)
Disassembly / Assembly
 Remove the inner and outer rotor from pump
body.
 Remove the setting ring, spacer, oil seal and
pump shaft. Clean each parts with cleaning
solvent.
 Measure the pump side clearance.
Service Limit : 0.12mm(0.005 in)
 Connect the pump shaft, oil seal, and spacer,
then install into the setting ring.
 Install the inner and outer rotors.
