Inspection
● Inspect the lifter plate bearing for scoring and
other damage.
● Inspect the lifter plate for damage.
● If necessary, replace them.
● Measure the clutch spring free height.
● Service Limit:34.2mm(1.35in)
● Check the clutch disk. If necessary, replace it.
● Measure the disk amplitude.
Service Limit: 2.6mm(0.10 in)
● Check the plate for warpage on a surface plate,
using a feeler gauge.
Service Limit: 0.2mm(0.01 in)

If any of the disk and plate requires replacement,
it must be replaced as a set.
