Clutch, Gearshift
● When replacing the primary drive gear, select
the gear which the paint mark, same colar of
R.crank case paint mark, is indicated.

White White(Primary drive gear A)
Blue Blue(Primary drive gear B)
Yellow Yellow(Primary drive gear C)
• Select the correct gear. If not install the correct
gear, the back-lash between the drive gear and
driven gear is out of regulation and the noise of
gear occur.
Installation
● Install the woodruff key into the key groove of
the crankshaft.
● Align the primary drive gear key groove with
the crankshaft key and install the gear.
● Install the washer.
● Coat the nut with clean engine oil, and tighten
the lock nut.
● Hold the flywheel with a flywheel holder.
● Tighten the primary drive gear lock nut.
Torque : 6.5kgf-m(65N.m)
