A.C Generator / Starter Clutch
● Remove the woodruff key from the crank
shaft.
● Remove the starter driven gear collar.
● After installing the flywheel puller on the
rotor, remove the rotor.

Stator Removal/Installation
● Loosen the pulse generator mounting screw
and remove the pulse generator.
● Loosen the screw and remove the wire guide.
● Remove the stator mounting screw and remove
the stator. Assemble and install in the reverse
order of disassembly removal.
• Make sure that the grommet is correctly placed
on the slot.
