Lubrication of hinges on the gates
Smart selection gate
To ensure that the gate is opening and
closing smoothly and the hinges are not
being worn out, lubricate the hinges from
the grease nipples once a year. If the gate
has a big workload; that is, more than 300
passages per day, more frequent lubrication
intervals may be necessary. Check the
condition of the hinges once a month and
lubricate if necessary.

If the system uses a separation gate, carry
out the same procedure for hinges on the
separation gate. See the figure.
