VDC/Real Time Printing
Speed Overload
If real time printing is enabled, after the product detect sensor
is triggered, the label template will immediately be encoded
and sent from the controller to the print head.
If the total time to encode and send the label data to the print
head is longer than the time it takes for the product/print
surface to move from the product detect sensor to the print
head, the label may not print. If this event occurs, printing will
stop and this error will be displayed.
To solution to this error, is to slow down the production line, or
physically move the product detect sensor further away from
the print head.
