NOTE: Any disruption in the main
power to the fl ight console (ie.

require a shutdown and re-start of

SHUTTING DOWN THE PI-135
To shut down the PI-135, you can use the 1.
key combination “Alt + Q” on the keyboard or
by opening the ELITE Menu and left clicking
on QUIT.
At the Windows desktop, the Operator should 2.
use the typical Windows “START BUTTON” /
SHUTDOWN” process.
When the computer has shut down, turn the 3.
key on the Pro Panel fl ight console to OFF.
Turn off the Main monitor and the Instructor 4.
Monitor.
NOTE: The hour meter continues to run when the Pro
Panel fl ight console master key is ON!
CONFIGURATION
It is recommended that this page be reviewed carefully.
After confi guring to your satisfaction, press the SAVE
button to keep all values. These selections are stored in a
PREF folder in the program directory. These values will be
read when starting the program. Once set, you will seldom
need to go to this page. The instructor or operator can set
a password to prevent access to the Confi guration Page.
Certain features of each aircraft can be changed or
confi gured to personal preference or training requirement.
An example of Confi guration was the control calibration
performed in item 9 above. Some settings are general
and apply to all aircraft being fl own and some settings
