BLOCK_ERR read only Displays the active block error.

OUT OF SERVICE
The block has the status "Out of Service".
CLR_FSTATE AUTO - OOS This parameter can be used to manually disable the security
behaviour of the Discrete Output function block.

CLEAR (security behaviour disabled)
Note!
The security behaviour of the Discrete Output function block can be
manually enabled via the SET_FSTATE parameter, (see Page 96).

AUTO - OOS Specifies the confirmation time for the event report. The event
report is sent to the fieldbus host system again if the device does
not receive confirmation within this time.
