• Attach the two Pulley-Belt drive to the Print frame sub-assembly,
and fasten them with the E-rings.
• Mount the two Gear-Transmission on the Print frame sub-assem-
bly with the protruded holes face down, and attach the E-ring to shaft
K.
• Attach the Gear-Intermediate transmission to the Print frame sub-
assembly with the small gear face down, and fasten it with the E-ring.
• Attach the Gear-Ribbon intermediate to the Print frame sub-as-
sembly with the small gear face up.
• Attach the Gear-Ribbon transmission to the Print frame sub ass'y
with the small gear face up.
• Attach the Ribbon take-up shaft assembly to the Print frame sub-
assembly.
• Attach the Ribbon driving plate assembly to the Print frame sub-
assembly so that the protrusion is placed between portions L; then
fasten the plate ass'y with two E-rings.
<Checkpoints>
• Make sure that each gear is mounted in the proper place with the
correct orientation.
• Make sure to attach the gears in the proper order (1 to 7 as shown in
the figure).
