Warranty and Maintenance
The detailed warranty and maintenance shall be performed subject to the terms and conditions
stipulated in the sales contract.
FPI offers free repairing services for the products within the warranty period and range including
product repairing, spare parts replacing, technical support and routine field service.
The free repairing services are not applying to the products which are out of warranty period or
failures or damages occur during the warranty period but cause by the following reasons including
but not limited to:
1) Incorrect use (water seepage, corrosion, fire or HV shock);
2) Force majeure (earthquake, lightening or flood);
3) Unauthorized change or modification inside the product.
4) Non-compliance of user manual or training instructions.
FPI follows the national regulations for the disposal of used or wasted products manufactured by
FPI.
