Invalid NVRAM media type The NVRAM is abnormal. Power off the server and turn it back 
on. If the message still appears, the baseboard must be replaced.
 Contact an office listed in the "Contact Information" of the 
"Start Guide".
Missing or invalid NVRAM token
Operating system not found The OS to start cannot be found. Check to see whether an 
unnecessary floppy disk has been inserted, the cables of each 
device are connected correctly, or whether the OS is recognized 
by POST.
Check the Boot Sequence setting on the "8.1.4 The Boot 
Options Submenu" (pg.233) of the BIOS Setup Utility in the 
[Main] menu. If the message still appears, the baseboard must 
be replaced. Contact an office listed in the "Contact 
Information" of the "Start Guide".
Parity Check 1 Power off the server and turn it back on. If the message still 
appears, the baseboard must be replaced. Contact an office listed 
in the "Contact Information" of the "Start Guide".
Parity Check 2
Unknown PCI Error Replace the expansion card. If the message still appears, the 
baseboard must be replaced. Contact an office listed in the 
"Contact Information" of the "Start Guide". Ignore this message 
when the MMI switch is pressed on MS-DOS.
Fault Status Asserted on PCI hot plug slot The slide lock of PCI slot 1 or 2 may be opened. Check whether 
or not the slide lock is closed. If the PCI slot is closed, contact 
an office listed in the "Contact Information" of the "Start 
Guide".
PCI system error BUS/DEVICE/FUNCTON

Replace the expansion card. If the message still appears, the 
baseboard must be replaced. Contact an office listed in the 
"Contact Information" of the "Start Guide".
CPU had been changed The CPU has been replaced. If the correct CPU is installed and 
the message still appears, select [Yes] for the [Reset 
Configuration Data] setting on the "8.1.5 The Advanced Menu" 
(pg.235) of the BIOS Setup Utility. If the message still 
appears, the CPU or the baseboard must be replaced. Contact an 
office listed in the "Contact Information" of "Start Guide".
Power supply status is warning PSU is at fault. The PSU or the baseboard must be replaced. 
Contact an office listed in the "Contact Information" of "Start 
Guide".
Power supply status is critical
Power unit status is warning
Power unit status is critical
System Event Log status is warning Cannot write in the event log any more because available 
writing capacity of the event log is insufficient. Store the event 
log on another medium and delete the event log as necessary.
CPU temperature status is warning CPU temperature error. Check the environment where the server 
is used. If the message still appears, the CPU fan or the CPU 
must be replaced. Contact an office listed in the "Contact 
Information" of "Start Guide".

CPU fan status is critical CPU fan rotation error. Replace the CPU fan. If the message still 
appears, the baseboard must be replaced. Contact an office listed
