How to search for an remote access log
1. Click the [Search] button.
The search bar appears.
To hide the search bar, click the [Search] button again.
2. Search the data connection log with one or multiple of the following methods:
• Input part of the date, or the full date in the [Date] field.
• Input part, or all, of the source IP address or phone number in the [From] field.
• Select the appropriate method from the [Method of Access] field.
• Select [Success], [Failure], or [Access denied], as appropriate, at the [Status]
field.
• Input part of the code, or the full code in the [Code] field.
Once information is input or selected, the search automatically begins.
Remote access logs that match the search criteria appear in the data connection
log.
How to save the remote access log to a CSV file
1. Click the [Download] as CSV button.
The [Save] dialog box appears.
2. Input the file name, then click [Save].
