3. SETTINGS FOR IP HANDSET
This chapter describes the menus [Sounds], [Display], [Time], [Comm. Unit], [Info],
and [Admin].
3.1 Sound Settings
You can set the volume and ring tone.
1. At the main screen, press the Enter key to open the main menu.
2. Press W, S, X or T to select the [Settings] menu.
3. With [Sounds] highlighted, press the Enter key.
The [Sounds] menu appears.
Note: You can also press to open the [Sounds] menu.
3.1.1 How to change the volume
You can set the volume for incoming call, notification, and key beep.
1. In the [Sounds] menu, press S to select the [Volume] menu, then press the Enter
key.
The [Volume] screen appears.
2. Press S or T to select the [Incoming Call], [Notification], or [Key Beep] field.
3. Press W or X to adjust the volume level (0 to 7).
Set to 0 for no sound.
4. Press the Enter key to confirm the settings.
The message "Applied." appears.
5. Press the key to go back to the main screen.
