6.3 Caller Code Settings
When making an outside call from a terminal of which a box of a caller code is
checked, input of “caller code” and “*” before the phone number of the party to call is
required. For example, if your caller code is [10000], the number you dial would look
similar to "10000*0081798652111".
6.3.1 How to register caller code
Register the caller code as follows:
1. Referring to section 6.1, login as an Administrator.
2. Click [Admin] in the menu bar.
3. Click [Telephony Settings].
4. Click [Caller Code] to show the [Caller Code] menu.
5. Click the [Add code] button.
The button appears in gray when the memory capacity is reached (100 caller
codes).
6. Input the caller code in the [Caller code] field.
The caller code can range from 10000 to 99999.
7. Input a caller name in the [Name] field.
Only alphabet characters, “_” and “-” can be input. A maximum of 20 characters
can be used.
The caller name input in this field appears in the [Caller] box of the [Voice Call Log]
menu.
