5.5.2 How to search for a contact
This section explains how to search for a contact from the contacts list.
1. Click [Contacts] in the menu bar.
2. Input a part of a contact name, phone number, or speed dial number in the search
box.
Once a word or number is input, the search automatically begins.
Contacts that match the input search criteria appear in the contacts list.
5.5.3 How to edit contacts
You can edit a contact registered in the contacts list.
1. Click [Contacts] in the menu bar.
2. Select a contact to edit, and click the [Edit] button on the right side of the contact.
3. Edit the name, phone number, and/or speed dial number of the contact.
4. When finished, click the [Save] button.
The message "Applied." appears.
5. Click the [Close] button.
5.5.4 How to delete a contact
This section explains how to delete an individual, multiple, or all contacts as follows:
1. Click [Contacts] in the menu bar.
2. Put a [9] in the check box on the left side of the contact to delete.
To select all contacts, put a [9] in the check box beside the [Name] title.
3. Click the [Delete] button.
The confirmation message "Delete the selected item(s). Are you sure?" appears.
4. Click the [OK] button.
The message "Applied." appears.
5. Click the [Close] button.
