Helm Master EX application levels
The features available with the Helm Master EX depend on the application level, se-
lected at the time of purchase.
Helm Master EX usage notices
• Only one HDMI screen can be set for the split screen display.
• If the system does not recognize the HDMI I/F, the HDMI display icon will not appear
on the home screen.
• If the HDMI video is not input due to a wiring problem, the HDMI screen will be blank
(blue screen).
• If the HDMI I/F is on the network, and an HDMI camera is selected as HDMI input,
the camera image cannot be seen on any screen in the network, including the MFD
to which the HDMI camera is connected. In other words, the HDMI I/F and HDMI
camera cannot be used at the same time.
• If the HDMI I/F is on the network, the Gateway screen can only be displayed on the
MFD to which the HDMI I/F is connected. Conversely, using only the Gateway
screen and Yamaha engine CL5 or CL7, engine information can be displayed and
the engine operated on all MFDs.
