1.16 Two-Finger Tap Function
The two-finger tap function provides a shortcut to commonly used functions. You can
program two shortcuts, and access them with short or long two-finger taps. For the TZ-
TZTL12F/TZTL15F, this function can also be carried out with the FUNC key.
Note: When [Touch Output] (see section 10.5) is enabled, the two-finger tap function
is not available on the display that shows the output from the HDMI port. (The display
is specified with the camera icon on the Home screen.)
1. Go to the Home screen, then tap [Settings][General][Two Finger Tap Func-
tion] or [Two Finger Long Tap Function].
2. Tap a function among the following:
[None]: Nothing happens.
[Full Screen]: On a split screen, then tap function makes the active screen a full
screen. Tap the screen again to revert to the split screen.
[Screen Capture]: Capture the screen and save it to the storage media (microSD
card or USB flash memory) connected to the USB port. After the screen is copied,
the message "Screenshot taken" appears for three seconds.
The chart plotter screen shows the photo icon ( ) at the geographical position
where the screen was captured. The file name is automatically recorded, with the
date and time the screenshot was taken and the .png extension. To move, edit,
delete a photo icon, tap it to show the pop-up menu, then take the appropriate ac-
tion. If you are using the TZ First Mate
feature, the screenshot can be seen on
a smartphone, tablet
[Event Mark]: Record an event. Select a mark from the pop-up menu, and the
mark is put at the position at the time the screen was tapped (see
subsection 4.2.2). The position, etc. is saved to the [Points] list.
