1. Install a new caster.
2. Apply Loctite 242 to stud threads and install the four nuts. See Illustration 7-10.
3. Tighten the nuts to 15 to 25 pound-feet (20.5 to 34 N-m).
4. Lower unit. See Section 7Ć2.
5. Install front bumper. See Section 7Ć1Ć2.
