Gilera Fuoco 500 - Removing the Stator; Inspecting the Cover Components

- Remove the by-pass and the relevant spring.
- Remove the oil pump seal.
Removing the stator
- Remove the two retaining screws and the cable
guide bracket.
- Unscrew the 3 fastening screws and remove sta-
tor and its wiring.
Inspecting the cover components
- Loosen the two retaining screws and remove the
reed valve support with bulkhead.
