Gilera Fuoco 500 - Refitting the Stator; Refitting the Flywheel Cover Components

Refitting the stator
- Install the stator assembly together with the wir-
ing harness, tightening the 3 screws to the pre-
scribed torque.
N.B.
INSERT THE RUBBER WIRING SEALING GAS-
KET INTO THE SPECIAL SEAT ON THE
CRANKCASE.
Locking torques (N*m)
Stator retainers 8 - 10
- Install the wiring guide bracket tightening the 2
screws to the prescribed torque.

Refitting the flywheel cover components
- Before reassembling, check that all components
are perfectly clean.
- For the cover, carefully check all lubrication chan-
nels, in particular:
- The 3 by-pass channels.
- Oil pressure sensor feeding duct.
