Blinking
The combo port is receiving or
sending data.
On A link is present.
Combo port status LED
Off No link is present.
NOTE:
• For the SFP interface and the RJ-45 Ethernet interface of a combo port, only one interface can be active
at a time. The other one is inactive. By default, the interface with smaller number becomes active.
• To use the inactive interface of a combo port, execute the undo shutdown command to activate the
interface. The other interface of the combo port is then automatically shut down and becomes inactive.
SFP interface status LED
The SRPUs provide an SFP interface status LED to indicate the link status and data receiving/forwarding
status of the corresponding SFP interface.
