• The spent element can be unscrewed from the cover by rotating it
anticlockwise
• Check seals for damage and replace if necessary
• Clean the magnetic core by wiping it lengthwise with a cloth.
• Screw the new filter element onto the cover at clockwise as far as
it will go, otherwise the tank bottom valve may be damaged
during subsequent procedure. Now reassemble all parts in reverse
order. Tighten the cover screws M8 with maximal 20 Nm.

Servicing filters
• Unscrew the filter housing
• Replace the filter cartridge.

NOTE! It is essential to use genuine filters.
Drain the hydraulic tank
The hydraulic tank is draining after 150 hours, The drain of the tank should also carried out after changing components.
Servicing
• Place a collecting container with a minimum capacity of 60 litre
underneath the tank.
• Unscrew the drain plug and let drain
