Notice
Only when the road ahead is unjammed
will the vehicle be accelerated to the set
speed. Otherwise, the vehicle will follow
the front vehicle to drive at the set dis-
tance level.
Cancel the cruise
To cancel the cruise, there are two ways:
Step on the brake pedal.
Push the control lever in the direction
away from the steering wheel to CAN-
CEL position and then release it.
To resume cruise, push the control lever
along the steering wheel to the
CRUISE position and then release it.
Adjust the distance level
Push the distance level adjustment lever
to adjust the distance level.
The distance level is not a fixed distance,
and it is the actual distance between the
vehicle and the front vehicle. The actual
distance between the vehicle and the front
vehicle will vary with the vehicle speed of
the vehicle under the same distance level.
Notice
Setting a low distance level may result in
a delay in reaction in the event of unex-
pected situations, and it is always your
responsibility to adjust the distance level
appropriately.
A larger distance level shall be chosen
when driving on wet and slippery roads
in comparison with driving on dry roads.
Notice
The cruise function will be automatically
withdrawn under any of the following cir-
cumstances:
Depress the accelerator pedal to accel-
erate the driving speed for more than 15
minutes.
The N, R or P gear is engaged.
When the driver's side seat belt is re-
leased.
Open the door at drivers side.
Applying parking brake.
The anti-lock brake system (ABS) is acti-
vated.
The hill decent control system is activa-
ted.
The electronic stability control system is
activated/deactivated.
The vehicle slides backwards.
The brake disk is overheated.
Shutting down the vehicle.
The vehicle driving mode is in the non-
standard, ECO or sport mode.
Queuing auxiliary function
This function enables the vehicle to follow
another vehicle within the speed range of
0~150 km/h.
In the event of traffic congestion, the vehi-
cle can be slowed down to a stop following
the preceding vehicle. At this point:
