Generally speaking, the ESC is on
throughout the driving process. The sys-
tem can be turned off only under following
special conditions:

When driving with tire chains in place.

When driving in deep snow or on soft
ground.

When the vehicle is stuck and you need
to free it.
Restart the ESC system immediately after
the above conditions are put to an end.
Turning on/off the system

After the vehicle starts, press the ESC
OFF button . The ESC OFF indicator
on the combination instrument will be on,
indicating that the system is shut down.
Press the button again to restart.
Notice
The ESC system will be opened automati-
cally under the following conditions.

Vehicle start each time.
〉
The vehicle speed exceeds 85 km/h.
Dynamic directional stability
assist system
Under the condition that the adhesion co-
efficients of left and right wheels are quite
different (for example, some snow and ice
roads, wet roads, etc.), when the vehicle is
braked or accelerated urgently, the DST
will automatically adjust the steering wheel
angle based on the rotational speed differ-
ence between the two wheels on the same
axis and the dynamic variation of the vehi-
cle, to correct the driving direction of the
vehicle.
The 【Vehicle Setting】 on the multimedia
display screen can be used to turn on or
off the dynamic directional stability assist
system.

Only when the ESC function is enabled
can the DST function be used properly.

The dynamic directional stability assist
system is only an auxiliary tool. It cannot
replace the driver's judgment on road
and traffic conditions, and cannot re-
place the driver. In any case, the driver
shall be responsible for the safety of the
vehicle and must concentrate on driving
