Power battery vent
There is an air intake vent under the rear
seat for cooling the power battery. If the air
inlet is blocked after the vehicle is started,
the power battery will overheat. To protect
the power battery, the system may limit the
discharge/charging of the power battery.

Notice
〉
Clean the vent regularly to prevent the
power battery from overheating.
〉
Do not place foreign matters near the
vent; otherwise, the power battery may
overheat and be damaged.
〉
Prevent foreign matters or water from
entering the vent; otherwise, a short cir-
cuit may occur and the power battery
may be damaged.
Energy recovery
The function is mainly used to convert a
part of kinetic energy of the vehicle during
braking or coasting into electric energy of
the power battery, thereby extending the
range of the vehicle.
The energy recovery intensity can be set
via 【vehicle setting】 → 【driving】 on
the multimedia.
Notice
When the single pedal driving mode is
started, the energy recovery intensity is
not adjustable.
Warning
The reduction of vehicle speed caused by
energy recovery cannot replace normal
braking. The brake pedal shall be de-
pressed during deceleration and parking.
Notice
When the vehicle decelerates obviously as
the energy recovery function is activated,
the brake lamp may be turned on.
Notice
The energy recovery will not be carried out
when the vehicle is under the following
conditions.
〉
The vehicle is in gear N.
〉
The power battery is fully charged.
〉
The temperature of the power battery is
too high or too low.
Battery safety switch
Before operation, you shall make sure the
vehicle is powered off and wear appropri-
ate safety protection equipment.
The battery safety switch is located under
the cover plate and cushion block of the
luggage area.
